Assistant Researcher
My current research interest is to develop in silico models for cancer.
I studied Biochemistry from Delhi University during my graduation and Biotechnology during my masters from Jawaharlal Nehru University. Then I changed my study/research stream and moved to Bioinformatics. I did my PhD in Bioinformatics from National Institute of Immunology, New Delhi. I studied how to simulate biomolecules and write programme codes (scripts) during my PhD. My postdoctoral research has mostly focused on genomic analysis.
